On December 29, 2011 Harry E. Field was sworn in as Judge of the Willoughby Municipal Court in Willoughby, Ohio.

He was sworn in by Judge Larry Allen, with Judge Mary Jane Trapp giving the keynote address. In his address to the court, Judge Field acknowledged his appreciation for support from family, friends and the voters.

"I am very grateful for that support which makes this special day possible. I will do my best to uphold the trust placed in me by the electorate as I assume my judgeship."
